Sunset Bay Health Campus values and actively encourages staff training and development. We are committed to providing opportunities for all staff to contribute more effectively by developing their particular skills and knowledge.

The Training and Development Centre provides:

• inductions for all new staff members,
• inductions for any new procedures that are introduced,
• training for new duties and positions,
• educational courses,
• learning opportunities from external experts, and
• management and executive development programs.

Staff can register interest in attending a course by:

• sending an email to the Training and Development Centre,
• advising a staff development officer, or
• writing their name on a list on the noticeboard.
