Deliveries Policy
- Reception staff may only accept deliveries of flowers for the clients.
- All mail is to be redirected through to the mail room.
- Any packages, parcels or boxes are to be redirected to the receivables area at the rear of the hospital.
- Couriers delivering goods are to be redirected to the receivables area at the rear of the hospital.
- All internal mail deliveries are to be handled by clerical staff and placed in the appropriate incoming mail tray.
- In all departments any deliveries are to be received and signed for by the supervisor of the section. Staff are not authorised to sign for deliveries of any nature.
