Goal

1. To have well trained staff who are committed to the Sunset Bay Health Campus vision statement.

Strategies

• To recruit qualified staff who are committed to our vision.
• Professional development for all staff will lead to better practice.
• A strong customer focus from all staff will improve the public relation image of the hospital.
• Regular tri-monthly meetings will monitor our progress towards the vision statement.

2. Sunset Bay maintains a strong focus on incorporating new technology that will aid in the delivery of excellent care to their clients.

• To budget, purchase and maintain new technology that is deemed to be essential in assisting the organisation to meet its vision.
• To train staff in the use of the equipment.
